Plano and Frisco are growing fast and so is our business.Daily responsibilities will include:Qualify open positions with clientsSource candidates online through job postings and Volt's database systemRecruit passive candidatesRecruit for contract, temp to hire, and direct hire positionsInterview candidatesSend evaluations to candidates then reviewVerify reference checksComplete employee quality checksNegotiate labor pay rateSubmit qualified candidates and communicate directly with clients.Work directly with Branch Manager and Business Development Manager Coordinate client interviews with candidates Debrief with the candidate and client after the interview, responding to any concerns or objections Extend the offer to the candidate and confirm start date with client work directly with employees regarding issues, such as coaching, counseling and making determinations to end employees' assignments and/or terminate their employment with Volt, as necessary.Engage in positive public relations, responsiveness and service in coordination with sales staff.Follow up with daily with client pertaining to the status of open ordersAbility to arrive to work at a specified time.Attendance is an essential function of the job.Exceed monthly number of interviews and growth expectations.Complete timely entry of information tracking for performance measurement in Volt's automated systems.Participate in networking organizations.Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
