Receivables Analyst (Westlake) National construction sales company with their headquarters in Westlake is growing and in need of a receivables analyst whose duties will include miscellaneous customer service responsibilities. Receivables Analyst Duties Include Communicate with our vendors and customers via email and phone to resolve issues/questions. Troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently to provide outstanding support and solutions. Navigate calls to the appropriate people. Process payments from customers with outstanding balances. Provide considerable knowledge of our equipment, pricing and process to our customers. Provide excellent customer service to all and the ability to listen effectively. Pro-actively responsible for the collection of accounts receivable.
