Exceptional growth opportunityWhat You Will Be DoingAs a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for laying the foundation for our proprietary ad server, analytics and other core parts of our platform. You will: - Participate in build-out of proprietary ad serving platform. - Implement server-side code and lay out HTML for campaign management suite. - Create user interfaces for online video-related applications. - Design and develop required JavaScript / HTML components. - Analyze business processes to identify product improvements.What You Need for this Position- Strong experience in Ruby on Rails 4.1, Ruby 1.9.3 and Rspec 3.1 - Strong experience using Git. - Strong experience in ObjectOriented Programming and Design Patterns. - Excellent problem solving and communication. - Expertise with data models and SQL, especially in MySQL - Knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery and Ajax based applications. - Knowledge of NoSQL databases: Redis, MongoDB - Comfortable working in an agile environment. - Desire to constantly improve the platform.
