- Have minimum05 years of experience in restaurant/hotel/bar, working at similar position;

- Good inleadership, communication, organization, negotiation and management skills;

- Good inplanning and strategy in Sales & Marketing; having event management skillis an advantage;

- Advanced levelof spoken and written English;

- Willing towork in the evening and travel on business when necessary;

Our client is a company specializing in entertainmentservices, now looking for a Sales & Marketing Director.

1. Marketingresponsibility

- In charge ofmaking marketing plans, strategies and managing marketing budget;

- Develop andexecute marketing campaign;

- Managecustomer database on system;

- Cooperate withexternal media and organizations;

2. Salesresponsibility

- Set up salestargets and allocate to every outlets in charge;

- Divide marketsegment to sales team;

- Manage andsupervise all sales team’s activities;

- Review salesefficiency against target monthly, yearly;

3. Teammanagement

- Lead Sales& Marketing team;

- Supervise theimplementation of company’s rules and regulations;

- Makeevaluation of working performance for every team members;

4. Entertainmentand Event

- Monitorentertainment and events;

- Developpromotion programs;

- Other relevanttasks will be discussed during the interview.
