Our client is FDI telecommunication service SUPPLIER, nowlooking for a Sales Manager.
• Responsiblefor obtaining profitable results above through the sales team by developing theteam through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledgedevelopment;
• Managethe sales administration function, operational performance reporting, andadvising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating anenvironment where customer service can flourish;
• Responsiblefor managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales,revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting theorganisation’s presence in the country;
• Ensurethat all sales representative activities are in accordance with the guidelinesof the company;
• Responsiblefor the planning, support in recruitment, direction, organization and controlof sales representatives to accomplish specific objectives;
• Responsiblefor monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system ofreports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings;
• Complywith the company policy, reporting scheme to Sales Director in Hanoi onperiodical basis as requested;
