The Sears Home Appliance Showroom in North Aurora, IL is now hiring Consultative Sales Associates! Are you motivated to sell? Enjoy working with customers? We are looking for you! We offer training pay to get you started on the path to success in our store. We are a growing multi-unit franchise and within our organization offer the opportunity for advancement based on performance. The Sales Associate's job responsibilities include: •Ensures each customer has a fantastic experience from the time they enter to the time they leave the building. You are empowered to do right by our customers!•Ensures that all aspects of the CONNECT Culture are followed every day.•Responsible for meeting personal metrics.•Keeps Sales floor in Showroom Condition on a daily basis. Ensures all display product is clean and free of finger prints.•Assists in receiving and putting away weekly replenishment truck. Assist in opening, deluxing and signing new display merchandise.•Assists Sales Leads with the put up/take down of all promotional signing.•Protects fellow employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.•Works with Store Manager on any projects that need completed.•Any other duties assigned by Store Manager.•This position can require standing or walking for extended periods of time and the occasional lifting of 50 or more pounds.
