Our client has an immediate opening for a Project Manager to develop, refine, validate and manage project plans to ensure on time and on budget delivery of projects within Information Technology. This PM will be supporting multiple/concurrent projects centered around process implementation and integration using ITIL principles. The client is in the process of merging 5 separate IT business units into one enterprise organization, and needs a Sr Project Manager that can help facilitate this process. Experience with Clarity is highly desirable. Candidates need to have experience with capacity planning and writing executive summaries to go along with the day to day PM functions listed below. Responsibilities:Develops cross-team project plans and manages execution of tasks and completion of all deliverables.Performs supply and demand analysis based on the resources available and defined business priorities.Monitors and ensures the development, tracking and execution of project deliverables.Works with vendors to coordinate project needs, constantly monitoring actual vs. plan and highlighting anticipated issues or slippage and formulating mitigation plans or assessing impact if not recoverable.Ensures project commitments are met - on time and within budget.Provides timely, concise communications to IT and business leadership regarding project status and pending issues.Works with peers to build consensus among multiple Process and Technical Leads relative to project scope, task execution, staffing and issue resolution.
