Job Title:              Telephone Mechanic II / Systems Administrator Location:              Fort Knox, KY Position:               Full-time Salary:                   $23.76 per hour plus $4.02 H&W   Requirements: Five years as a telephone switching technician. Experience in TDM telephone switching operations and maintenance architectures specific to Siemens/Avaya/Nortel products. Three years experience in network Systems Administrator (SA) network security. Value added – experienced in the operation and maintenance of VoIP telephony voice Gateway systems, VoIP telephony servers and Avaya VoIP Telephone Communications Manager (Avaya S-8720 or equivalent). Experienced in managing integrated TDM/VoIP voice mail systems.   Desired: Training/Certifications specific to TDM Siemens EWSD, Hipath 4000 and/or Nortel/Avaya Meridian 81C PBX telephone systems.   Physical Requirements: Color vision   Job Description: 80% support - installation of TDM and VoIP switching system applications. Operate and maintain TDM/VoIP telephone voice Gateways. Maintain Primary Rate Interface (PRI) trunks and related LAN networks. Maintain telephone system databases and associated record management associated with TDM and VoIP telephone systems including maintaining connectivity to the closed LAN network. Troubleshoot systems as required. 20% support – Siemens Closed Network (SCN) including associated brocade data switches, Siemens Smart Commander file, terminal, and communications servers and assigned client PCs.
