Responsibilities include:- Develop and delivers complex construction projects including state-of-the-art technology infrastructures and forward thinking workplace strategy.- Solve complex technical and business issues that require both leading edge and innovative thinking. - Interface with real estate brokerage companies to identify and qualify local brokers and local project management teams.- Develop comprehensive business cases for Lenovo approval and manage the transaction process with local brokers.- Evaluation and management of services contractsAbout Lenovo:At $39B in global sales, in 160 countries, and a member of the Fortune Global 500, we are consistently outpacing the market in growth and innovation.
