OrthoCarolina is seeking a Worker’s Compensation Account Receivable Supervisor for our Business Services Team. The Worker’s Compensation Account Receivable Supervisor is responsible for the management of the worker’s compensation accounts receivable and resolving any systemic issues that may delay insurance payment.  The Supervisor will act as a resource to support staff in order to determine the best course of action for problem accounts. They will closely monitors AR work queues and distributes workload as needed, coordinate meetings with provider representatives and insurance plans to resolve issues and manage the daily WC denials with the denial team to lodges appeals. The supervisor will work with the Manager of the WC department, the North Carolina Industrial Commission, with various Worker’s Compensation payers, and the payer community to stream-line the worker’s compensation healthcare delivery module.
