Candidate is required to be both knowledgeable and proficient in all processes within the department.Responsibilities for this position will include:• Train newly hired, temporary, and cross training employees, in proper Warehouse techniques as detailed in DWIs.• Understand and train employees of floor layout (6S).• Be knowledgeable, practice, and train employees of required safety rules and guidelines.• Be capable of properly recording labor.• Have an understanding and communicate company metrics.Qualifications:• High School Diploma or GED required.• 1-3 year of general work experience.• Prior warehouses experience preferred.• Be knowledgeable and proficient in all processes within respective department.• Thorough understanding of wave building, release and completion.
