Location              800 Graves Mill Road, Lynchburg, VA, 24502 Job Title              Technical Support Duration              12 months + (high chances of extension)   Will handle password resets   Provides and delivers first-tier, technical support and incident management on routine issues regarding computer operations, including passwords, installations, setups, error messages, on-line transactions, system status and downtime procedures or basic application troubleshooting, etc.   Duties and Responsibilities: 1.  Provides technical support to diagnose, analyze, research and resolve routine interactions for users.  Responsible for recognizing, researching, isolating, escalating and resolving incidents and/or interactions.    2.  Executes incident management, and facilitates interactions for other service management functions for Nationwide supported applications and IT processes.     3.  Provides preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, direct cause analysis, and resolution for routine technical incidents in order to ensure user satisfaction.  4.  Documents routine user escalations and routes to appropriate technical solution area or resource. 5.  Performs all other duties as assigned.     Provides first level support to minimize interruptions in computer systems and related equipment by answering and solving, when possible, incoming interactions from internal users.   Under moderate supervision, performs moderately complex tasks associated with IT Operations.  Tasks include monitoring and operating a computer console and/or online terminals, provisioning and providing first and second tier technical support to end users on moderately complex issues regarding computer operations and networks, installations, setups, error messages, on-line transactions, system status, and downtime procedures, etc.  Participates in problem/change management activities to minimize impact of service disruptions on end users.   For Further information regarding the job or to apply please contact (Utsav Desai) at 973-841-2226 or email [Click Here to Email Your Resumé]   http://www.collabera.com
