COIT Cleaning & Restoration Services is looking for Telemarketers/Inside Sales Representatives who are responsible for building lasting relationship with our customers while being able to sell a multitude of in-home cleaning services including carpet/upholstery, draperies/window treatments, air ducts, tile and grout over the phone with integrity and excellence utilizing our existing customer base. Telemarketers/Inside Sales Representatives are primarily responsible for: Conducting outbound campaign calling & relationship management activities to previous clients. Creating customer interest, answer questions and determines customers cleaning needs through basic probing questions and offers appropriate services and products. Identifies and qualifies opportunities for our highly trained team of outside sales representatives. Maintain a large daily call volume of outbound calls Meet sales quotas/objectives and posts daily sales results. The job is to generate 5 to 10 quality appointments per day. PART TIME POSITION - offers up to 29 hours per week
