Reports to the HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Hospitality Business Line. The HRM, based in Ha Long, supports the HRBP in the provision of an all-round HR service for the management and employees in Ha Long, with specific point of contact/customer relationship responsibility for Thien Minh Yacht.
• Support HRBP with implementation, management and compliance monitoring of HR policies and processes for the business line/customer relationships.
• Provide a high-quality, responsive, efficient and professional HR service to Thien Minh Yacht in the areas of recruitment/selection, talent management/development, compensation & benefits, disciplinary/grievance, em-ployment law/compliance, training, performance management, employee engagement/communications, group/business line policies and procedures, HR analysis/metrics.
• Work closely with Thien Minh Yacht management team on recruitment/manpower plans, performance and talent development/management. For recruitment, the HRM is responsible for hiring all staff at executive level and below and supports the HRBP to identify, select and on-board the best individual at the senior executive level and above.
• Provide support and recommend HR solutions to Thien Minh Yacht team within group/Hospitality business line policies.
• Co-ordinate with and support Thien Minh Yacht manage teams in respect of the annual performance and de-velopment review for all staff below executive level. Support HRBP on executive level and above performance/development review.
• Administer payroll and benefits information and ensure timely return of information to centralized payroll/benefits processing. Handle questions and issues from managers and staff. Communicate any changes with Thien Minh Yacht management/staff.
• Work with HRBP to assess training needs for Thien Minh Yacht. Arrange training/development programs and manage administration/costs within budget.
• Support change programs whenever necessary in response to changes in group, business needs and/or market conditions, while ensuring compliance with prevailing HR policies and practices.
• Support the promotion of TMG and business line culture /brand and support the HRBP/Thien Minh Yacht man-agement team in driving employee engagement.
• Assist with the development, management and monitoring of business line service level agreements with busi-ness/Thien Minh Yacht management.
• Explore market best practices in business line sector and adapt/implement appropriate best practices in the business line.
• Work closely with HRBP to keep abreast of HR best practice, group direction/strategy and in support of special projects (for example acquisitions, group-wide HR programs/projects.)
• Build good working relationships with HR colleagues within and outside the business line.
