Group: MSSClearance Level Needed: Public TrustShift: DayCategory: Information TechnologyManTech is seeking candidate to become an integral part of a diverse team thatmanages and supports military medical logistics systems. At ManTechInternational Corporation, you will help support the war-fighter while workingin an enterprise architecture environment.Collaboratewith ETL experts, software developers, data architects, and operational supportteam to provide analysis of issues and troubleshooting to determine root causeanalysis and repair of issues for large DoD data warehouse system supportingmedical logistics. Analyze and determineshort term and long term methods for addressing production issues, and work toimplement corrections in the development, test, and production environments.General Responsibilities:• Development of web applications, web services, and commonservices for large DoD data warehouse supporting medical logistics• Business Intelligence/Decision Support development• Extensive JAVA programming using open standards andLifeRay portal technologies• Support re-engineering efforts towards Service-OrientedArchitecture and common services architecture • and experiencewith using and developing web services (REST, SOAP, XML) (Desired 7years of experience).• Support of program/system security mandated by DoDstandards for Information Assurance• Participation in agile development activities to includedevelopment sprints, planning, and retrospectives• Participate in code peer reviews and other SCQCmechanisms to analyze code quality such as Fortify, FindBugs, and Web Inspectautomated scans of software Troubleshooting issues in the production environment related to network and/or communications failures Troubleshooting software issues reported by end users Contribute to process improvements within the teamRequirements: Candidates must minimally meet the knowledge,skills, and abilities listed: 5-9 years of related work experience,demonstrated experience in Java development, experience configuring and usingFortify and Web Inspect code review tools, demonstrated experience in portaldevelopment, demonstrated experience working within the confines of DoD STIG/IArequirements for software applications, demonstrated experience developing webservices in a SOA framework intermediate level of skill using Microsoft Officeproduct suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).Other Skills Required: This position requires demonstrated initiative, sound judgment,effective decision-making, and excellent oral and written communication skills. Clearance: Position requires, at a minimum, a publictrust and the ability to obtain Secret clearance.
