Primary Purpose of Job The North American Marketing Brand Experience Coordinator develops creative consumer-facing programs that bring the car2go brand experience to life, creating authentic, memorable experiences for car2go prospects. The position identifies with the member acquisition part of Marketing. The Marketing Brand Coordinator creates branding through powerful lifestyle associations attributed to car sharing, as well as educating and creating enthusiasm. Responsibilities: Frequency Daily / Monthly % of Time Coordination of weekly location Activations for all NA Locations Monthly 20% Coordinate Standard “Look-N-Feel” of Set Up for activations Weekly 10% Creation and deployment of car2go interactive challenges Yearly 5% Coordinate ROI and measurable analytics from activations Weekly 5% Creation and execution of Promotional items for North America Quarterly 5% Coordination of XM team set-up, training, hiring, and agency support Quarterly 10% Coordination of all XM feedback shared with Marketing Team Daily 5% Develop and Execute College/University Activations and Strategy that will be shared with all Location Teams Quarterly 5% Coordination with other Mobility Service Network Teams with Activations, Coordination with NA locations with XM budgets,Working with Locations on Advertising Acquisition Campaigns Quarterly 20% Annual Strategic Planning in coordination with all Locations,Develop and coordinate On-Line Promotions (i.e. Groupon/Living Social),Develop and Execute Residential Campaigns will be shared with all Location teams.
