We have an immediate openings for Customer Service Representatives. These individuals are responsible for responding to escalated inquiries, transactions and complaints on the most complex retail products/services and/or from premier customers. Functions include: Responsible for responding to inquiries and complaints on more complex products/services and/or from premier customers. Resolving complex inquiries and complaints from internal and external customers and upon escalation; processing complex transactions on-line -performing extensive research to resolve the complex customer problems. Providing coaching and mentoring to less experienced representatives in a high volume environment. Providing training on policies and procedures, new or enhanced services and/or procedural changes. May also review/input data and report trends to management. **Current schedules being offered after training include full and part time shifts with start times between 6:00am and 3:30pm. Schedules include working one weekend day with one day during the week off. Schedules are based on availability and business need**
