Recruitment has opened for a Senior Living Sales Manager.   Our Sales Managers manage all facets of sales strategies and relationship building with seniors and their families who are looking for our exceptional retirement lifestyle. The Sales Managers also conduct training related to sales strategies and closing for other community team members. Over all he / she ensures that daily programs and sales strategies are scheduled and conducted in a manner that reflects the company’s marketing goals.   Our ideal candidate has the perfect combination of compassion for seniors and competitiveness in sales goals. We are looking for a Sales Manager with a proven track record of success but also one who possesses a positive, enthusiastic “yes we can" attitude". She or he must have excellent communication, leadership, sales & marketing skills, strong closing ability, and who has the drive to be the best.     Key Responsibilities: Oversee and implement day to day marketing and sales strategies of our community Meet and Exceed the sales goals Develop and nurture relationships with potential residents and family members Develop and maintain relationships with professional referral sources Plan and execute marketing events Consistently deliver exceptional customer service Manage budget to meet financial goals
