As a member of the Adventist Healthcare System, our mission is to extend the Healing Ministry of Christ and to provide extraordinary compassionate care to each patient every day.    We are currently seeking experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners (ARNP) for our Zephyrhills, FL and Dade City, FL market. About the Position The ARNP, under the supervision of the Physician who acts as the collaborative practitioner, is responsible for (but not limited to): Providing care for patients of the practice within the scope of the licensure; Performing physical examinations of patients evaluation and treatment of injuries or illnesses for pediatric through geriatric patients; Ordering and interpreting appropriate diagnostic tests, such as routine laboratory, X-ray, etc.; Monitoring the patient's course of treatment and makes appropriate referral to either a physician or specialist, as needed; Collaborating with physician supervisor and staff, as necessary to provide consistent care to patients and support to staff; Displaying a caring and professional attitude at all times as well as maintaining personal and professional growth.  About the hospital   Florida Hospital Zephyrhills has been nationally recognized by the American Heart Association, the American Stroke Association, The Joint Commission, and HealthGrades for excellence in providing top quality patient care.  The award-winning Heart Institute has received recognition in the treatment of coronary intervention, heart failure, chest pain, open heart surgery, and electrophysiology procedures. The hospital offers advanced MAKOplasty® robotic partial knee and total hip replacement through its Orthopedic Institute.
