POSITION SUMMARY: Front Desk Agent - Guest Services is responsible for demonstrating a level of customer service to our guests that exceeds their expectations by showing a genuine interest with each concern, in a professional, warm and comforting manner - in accordance with company standards for guest satisfaction, safety and security. JOB FUNCTIONS: Perform guest check in and check out, post all room charges to guest accounts, complete guest financial transactions, PBX operations, attend to guests requests, make new reservations for walk ins and/or future guests, interact with Concierge and Activities in assisting guests with outside needs, reserve activities, facilities, issue lockers, monitor video cameras, assist in training and all other duties as assigned.
