Dollar Bank, a solid and progressive financial institution since 1855 continues to expand our business and is currently seeking a Relationship Manager for our Parma branch. We are seeking motivated, service focused, hardworking professionals who desire to grow our business by offering products and services to suit the needs of the customer.Description of Duties:* Contribute results toward branch sales goals by offering products and services to build customer relationships. * Assume a management role in developing the team and conduct team meetings on a daily basis. * Demonstrate sound decision-making skills as it relates to balancing risk, profitability, and customer service.Skills and Experience Required: * College degree strongly preferred.* Previous managerial/leadership experience required, including demonstrable leadership skills and demeanor. * Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service. * A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is required. * Ability to function independently and/or as a team player in a fast-paced environment. * Familiarity with personal computers, excellent math aptitude and attention to detail. * Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays. * Effective communication and time management skills. * Candidate must work well under pressure and be able to meet deadlines. * Eligibility to be bonded required. * A willingness to learn the required knowledge needed to assist in managing and growing a branch at Dollar Bank. * Must be available Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:15 am and 7:30 pm as well as 8:15 am to 2:30 pm on Saturday. Full time employees work on average 40 hours weekly.* This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the terms of the Safe Act of 2008. As such, upon active employment with Dollar Bank, you will be required to either register via the NMLS registry or re-register and move your previous registration to Dollar Bank's registration rolls.Dollar Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
