Assistant to Property Manager

The right person will be assisting Property Manager of a large Mobile Home Community.  The position is very diversified.  You will learn about Residential Property Management, Real Estate and the Mobile Home Industry.  This is a full-time position M-F, 9AM to 6PM. The position requires that you possess strong administrative skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, be an effective communicator, have the ability to meet deadlines, complete work with accuracy and have excellent people skills. Candidates must have a valid drivers license and properly registered vehicle. Also, must be physically able to walk and do outdoor inspections, sometimes on uneven ground around homes. This a great opportunity in a recession proof industry.
