We are  looking for an experienced Recruiter to work in a Part-Time role (20-25 hours per week) to source, recruit, screen, interview and onboard candidates for our clients in Hagerstown, MD and Chambersburg, PA.  You will be doing a lot of community outreach recruiting, developing relationships and networking to find energetic and upbeat candidates for our client's temp to hire opportunities.  You will also be providing a very high level of customer service to our candidates and clients.  This position offers the kind of flexibility and autonomy that make it a dream job for the right person.  It is ideal for someone that has a reason to want to work a part-time schedule.  You will be attending job fairs, setting up recruiting events, giving applicants tours of the client site, setting up interviews, writing ads...it's fun, it's fast and there is never a dull moment!
