This person’s main responsibility will be recruiting talent for some of Ledgent’s key business partners.  This position is responsible for quickly building and maintaining successful relationships with our candidates. You must have strong interpersonal skills and be highly organized. You must thrive on multi-tasking, as you will be juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, superior time management and consistent follow-up are essential!       Key responsibilities include:   Recruit and screen qualified candidates to fill a variety of open positions for our customers Match candidates to open positions Maintain accurate records and handle other administrative duties       Join the multi-billion dollar recruiting industry and enjoy a career in which you can make an immediate and meaningful impact on people’s lives.
