The Recruiter is the sole point of contact for questions about this position.Senior Client Service Representatives (CSR) will spend nearly 100% of their time on the phone and will respond to 80-100 beneficiary inquiries via phone daily. We are seeking ambitious, bilingual individuals with excellent listening and verbal communication skills, providing First Contact Resolution on every call. CSRs must be able to adapt and respond quickly to a dynamic work environment with many policy changes. CSRs are the primary contacts for our beneficiaries therefore are required to handle each beneficiary call with a friendly, courteous touch while adhering to production and quality goals.Successful CSRs demonstrate self-motivation, a positive attitude, have ability to work well on a team and have a solid work history. They are receptive to coaching and feedback and have the desire to work in a fast paced environment.
