Our efforts are directed toward providing quality patient care in the Radiology field. We currently have several Imaging Centers located within Pasadena, Arcadia, and Glendora. Our team consists of Board Certified Radiologists, Medical Administrators, Technologists, Billing and Scheduling staff, and Patient Support staff. We are currently seeking a Medical/Clerical Assistant for our Arcadia locations. We take great pride in a tradition of outstanding professionalism and dedication by their staff. The Medical Receptionist greets, instructs, directs and schedules patients and visitors and also serves as a liaison between patient and medical support staff. Some of the duties and responsibilities are as follows: - Books, coordinates and reschedules patients' appointments. Relays necessary messages to staff. - Greets and checks in patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous, and helpful manner. Verifies necessary information and records in the medical record. - Maintains and updates current information on physicians and technologists schedules. - Answers telephone, screens calls, takes messages, and provides information. Answers questions regarding patient appointments and testing. - Assembles patients' charts for next day visit. Updates profiles on all patients. - Types correspondence as directed. Sorts and delivers mail, medical records, and other correspondence. - Oversees waiting area, coordinates patient movement, reports problems or irregularities. - Take patient to back office, performs examination set-ups for staff. - Cleans patient rooms according to policies and procedures.  - Maintains patient confidentiality. - Performs related work as required. - Other duties may be assigned
