As the Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:• Formulate and define systems scope and objectives through user needs and an understanding of business systems and industry requirements. • Develop or modify procedures to solve complex problems within information systems. • Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and translate into proper system requirement specifications. • Provide guidance to less experienced Business System Analysts.On-site working hours are expected to be 8 hours per day, between 6:00am and 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday, to include the core hours of 9:30am and 3:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST).Position Requirements:• Requires Bachelor&s degree (in Computer Science or a related field) or equivalent, and five to seven years of related experience.• Desired Skills: • Familiarity with software development project • Experience with Agile DevelopmentSecurity Requirements: U.S. Citizenship and active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. Must have last investigation done within past 5 years.
