Program Manager's needed for a new location with a fast growing call center in Independence, OR. The main roles of the Program Manager are to ensure client satisfaction, effectively manage call center operations, lead others with excellence and support the goals, vision, and mission of the company. Skill requirements include: Ability to provide excellent leadership to a large team Ability to train and mentor individuals and/or a group Ability to interact at a high level with clients and leadership Ability to manage and profide effective feedback Abiilty to adapt to a fast-paced, ever changing environment Ability to create and deliver training Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and prioritization skills Strong analytical skills Flexibility with scheduling / availability Proficient with Microsoft Office applications Permanent position Location: Independence, OR M-F, OT and weekends as needed $35k to $60k DOE.
