MAIN DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Supervise the operation gaming machines and performance of staffs in assigned shift. Communicate with Superior of any guests dispute and/or employee problems.
2. Ensure that the highest possible standards of guest services and employee relations are maintained and carried out in fair and equitable manner.
3. Verify staff monthly roster ensure proper scheduling. Recommend manpower/working shifts adjustments in accordance to departmental needs.
4. Responsible for giving recommendation or approval all section Annual Leave, Public Holidays Leave, Sick Leave, Unpaid Leave and incident report.
5. Ensure all machines in Gaming center are is proper operational conditions.
6. Monitor all staffs performance progress and provide feedback to aid the employee in developing and enhancing his/her performance/skill.
7. Obverse all activities within gaming center on assigned shift basic, offer assistance and advice to players on machine playing functions and credit buy-in/pay-out procedure.
8. Provide input/suggestion to Joker Manager concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention.
9. Make recommendations to assign or discipline the employees in his/her span of supervision.
10. Handle guest complaints, disputes and apply discretion within his/her capacity using appropriate guidelines provided within the management policies.
11. Support section staff training programs and ensure adequate training and development is provided.
12. Aid Joker Manager with other administrational/job related tasks on an as required basis.
13. Promote all departmental promotions
14. Compile and send Joker monthly report to Manager
15. Perform any other related duties as assigned from time to time by Joker Manager and above
