Primary Responsibilities and Specific Duties:  Provides leadership as the center director of a community health center. Maintains knowledge of, adheres to, and enforces corporate policies and procedures.  Seeks guidance and assistance from appropriate internal resources, such as Human Resources and Finance. Responsible for granting center employee PTO requests. Provides supervision, training, and evaluation of all staff within the center in collaboration with other management personnel. Hires, promotes, disciplines, and terminates staff within reporting departments in accord with legal requirements and corporate policies and procedures. Receives and resolves as appropriate patient and staff concerns, and applies problem solving strategies and techniques. Holds periodic staff meetings and communicates corporate direction and policies to all staff. Assist in long range planning by advising of current clinical operations and market developments and contributing ideas for new services/programs. Assist in preparation of annual budget.  Monitor and manage daily fiscal operations and provider productivity to ensure a positive financial status.  Directs and participates in patient centered marketing activities in accord with approved marketing plans.  Ensures that center QI activities are conducted in accord with the corporate QA plan.  Plans and directs ongoing customer focused quality improvement activities. Provides periodic written and verbal reports on the status of the center's performance, major problems and key opportunities. Ensures center compliance with regulatory and grant requirements. Maintains knowledge of and adheres to corporate policies related to safety, AAAHC and OSHA requirements. Perform other duties as assigned or necessary. ___________________________________________________________________________Qualifications:  Education:                           Bachelors Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration.  Master's Degree in Business or Health Care Administration preferred, or combination of education and work experience can be substituted. RN preferred.Experience:                         A minimum of 5 years management and supervisory experience is required.Certification/Licensure:    NoneSpecial Skills:                      Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Computer skills and medical software experience, especially Electronic Medical Records preferred.Other requirements:          Able to work flexible hours as needed.
