    We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse or a Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practices and regulations, as directed by the Director of Nursing; to lead or direct licensed and non-professional staff in the delivery of direct Resident care and support functions.   Duties of this position include the following, under the direction of the Director of Nursing and in accordance with established policies and nursing standards:   Monitor residents and communicate changes in conditions to supervisor / physician Assist in creating and implementing care plans that address individual residents' needs Prepare residents for discharge and prep for new residents Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician Sign, date, and perform all charting and record keeping Attend training and maintain professional competence Monitor environment and nursing personnel practices to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all company policies and government regulations
