Seeking an experienced Clinical Tumor Registrat for a Clinical Registrar II position at a hospital system in Oregon. This is a REMOTE position, candidates can work from home anywhere in the United States or Canada. Our CTR team has a strong program in place supporting the Oncology/Research department and are an integral, valued part of our system. Postiion DescriptionResponsible for clinical data registry activities including case finding, abstracting and coding of clinical data in accordance with State, Federal, JCAHO, ACOS and other Registry guidelines & requirements.Assists with or responsible for the coordination of registry and accreditation program activities such as Cancer Conferences, program, team and ad hoc meetings.Provides support and ownership of assigned registry activities related to JCAHO, CMS and ACOS approvals program requirements including patient care studies, report preparation and distribution as well as other special studies as needed or required.Provides for quality assurance of registry data and physician 10% chart review when required.
