Contract Recruiter - Conroe, TX - Contract Frontline Source Group - temporary staffing and direct hire firm - is offering an excellent opportunity to join the team of one of our clients in Conroe.The Contract Recruiter will be responsible for staffing a large Sales Team for approximately 4 months. The goal is to hire approx 30 new Sales Reps in that time frame. The assignment will last through the end of April. The Recruiter will also assist with other Recruiting needs as directed. Duties: Recruit potential Sales candidatesSchedule and conduct phone screens and initial face to face interviewsSchedule 2nd interviews for Sales DirectorExtend offers and schedule training sessions for new hiresOther recruiting / HR duties as needed.
