Today, we are proud to offer an opportunity for a talented Retail Customer Logistics Associate to provide assistance to a pharmaceutical products manufacturer in Skillman, NJ. This position supports the Consumer Supply Chain Management organization of pharmaceutical products manufacturer.   The Associate will have the opportunity to gain a working knowledge of the company’s  Consumer customers, sales practices, supply chain logistics, distribution and transportation networks, revenue management and reverse distribution practices and overall retail customer logistics team dynamics.Responsibilities of the Associate: •         Include any combination of the following tactical activities around management of the customer order, revenue and reverse distribution cycles: order placement support (manual and electronic data interchange), order maintenance, deduction management and deduction resolution, reverse distribution management and reporting/analytics.•         The ideal candidate for this position will have experience working within a goal-oriented and fast-paced environment.•         The candidate must be computer savvy (experience with MS Excel is required, MS Access and SAP are both a plus) and have the ability to quickly learn, retain and apply acquired knowledge.•         Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to not only work independently to meet individual goals, but also work collaboratively to meet team and organizational goals. Additional Skills:•         As part of a six to ten person team, the Associate will be required to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with a matrix team of internal  business partners to drive cost improvements, streamline processes and indirectly support the trade customer by managing a set of customer accounts, and addressing customer facing initiatives.•         Innovation, process improvement and teamwork are all essential components of this position.•         After mastering the day-to-day business activities and clearly demonstrating the ability to drive process improvements while consistently meeting or exceeding key organizational metrics, the Associate will ultimately be given the opportunity to receive Process Excellence (Six Sigma/Lean) training and apply these methodologies and tools to either support or lead projects from root cause analysis through solution implementation.Skills Required:•         Collaboration and Teaming•         Mastering Complexity / Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving•         Project Management•         Strong Computer Proficiency (primarily Microsoft Office Applications)•         Proven Leadership Ability  Contract Length: 1 yearPay Rate: $19.70 per hourThis position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch.
