Position Summary: The Implementation and Support Manager (ISM) is a key member of the leadership group that defines and executes the processes and procedures necessary to provide a world class on-boarding experience for DX1 customers. The ISM will lead the team that performs data migrations, builds Finance &Insurance forms, and conducts remote training for new DX1 customers. The ISM will work closely with the Implementation Manager to coordinate and schedule the activities of the team as well as the remote Implementation Trainers and Leads. Ensuring that all of the activities occur on time with a high level of dealer satisfaction is critical. Hiring and training new employees will be an important part of the role in addition to the development of existing teammembers. Group/Team Description: The ISM is a key member of the DX1 Support and Implementation Leadership Team that is in charge of ensuring a high quality on-boarding process for new dealers. Working relationships: ● DX1 Product Managers ● Sales teams in Marine, Commercial and Rec ● Account Management in Marine, Commercial, and Rec ● Implementation Manager ● IT Management ● Tech Support Team Communication responsibilities: Regular communication with customers before,during, and after the on-boarding process will be very important. The Sales and Tech Support teams will be critical partners. Major Responsibilities/Decisions: ● Recruit and hire new team members ● Develop the existing Implementation team ● Collaborate with the Implementation Manager to Create and Execute the on-boarding process ● Continually look for opportunities to make our processes more customer friendly and efficient ● Creating an environment where Implementation Team members have ownership of issues until the customer is satisfied ● Develop change management techniques and processes that enable a smooth on-boarding processfor our dealers ● Leverage technology to create more effective remote training processes ● Create metrics that measure the quality and timeliness of our on-boarding process on a real time basis Individual initiative expectations: Self-starter, entrepreneurial, proactive, empathetic, creative, detailed oriented, great communication skills Education required: BA or equivalent experience Experience required: ● Minimum 5 years in an Implementation role for a DMS/CRM product ● SaaS experience ● Dealership knowledge ispreferredAbout Dominion EnterprisesDominion Enterprises is a leading marketing services company serving the wide-ranging needs of many industries, including real estate, apartment advertising, specialty vehicles, automotive, and travel.
