ELECTRICAL ENGINEER - Building Electrical Systems - REVIT Permanent position Located in Darien, IL Salary: 70-80k Design projects from schematic design through construction. Provide necessary support as required for Lighting, Power Distribution, riser diagrams, electrical circuiting and voice/data fire alarm systems. Check shop drawings and assist during construction. Run Electrical Engineering projects and meet with clients and project teams. Requirements: BA degree in Electrical Engineering required. Applicants shall have completed coursework in engineering and/or have practical design experience working on building systems. Client interaction is a must. Minimum 5 years of electrical engineering experience. Good working knowledge of NEC, NFPA72 and Chicago Building Codes. Experience in projects with sustainable solutions and LEED certifications a plus. Proficiency in AutoCad and REVIT MEP required. Self starter with the ability to work independently on projects.
