The Environmental Service Associate 1 cleans assigned areas of the hospital facility by closely following set procedures to maintain a sanitary and antiseptic environment. This position has the responsibility to maintain the sanitary and antiseptic environment of the hospital facility thereby reducing the spread of germs and bacteria. In addition, there is the responsibility of keeping the appearance of the hospital neat and orderly.   Qualifications: •         Ability to operate/use mop, broom, spray bottles, dusters, vacuum cleaner, burnisher/buffer •         Some high school preferred •         Hospital based cleaning experience is preferred Presence Health is the largest health system based in Illinois, created in November 2011 through the merger of Provena Health and Resurrection Health Care.
