Growing software development company seeks talented IT Business Analyst - Level 1 Support resource to work with customer base diagnosing and resolving software issues via phone or remote access. Responsibilities include logging and updating tickets, setting customer expectations accurately, and informing customers of the status and providing solution(s) over the lifetime of the support request. Individual will  learn the software application through self-training, and analyze problems, identify issues and recommend solutions for clients.  This is a functional position that will require learning the Khameleon ERP Application and assisting existing customers with daily questions and issues they encounter.  This is not a desktop/network admin support position.
