Executive Chef needed for very busy Scottsdale golf course, specializing in breakfast, lunch, golf banquets, and upscale weddings.  The Executive Chef will spend considerable time cooking on the line, as well as for holidays and on site catering events. Duties to include:   -Train and manage kitchen personnel -Supervise all culinary activities -Estimate food consumption and purchase food -Select and develop recipes -Establish presentation technique and quality standards -Plan and price menus -Ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance -Ensure proper safety and sanitation in kitchen
