Ability to work well with end-users and other team members. Experience working in a self managed environment and knowledgeable in all levels of IT from desktop to infrastructure. Responsibilities include: installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and testing of hardware/software, printers and other peripherals including user devices. Possess strong customer service, communications skills and organized. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Responsible for first line of support and answering of all Helpdesk calls, creating helpdesk tickets and tracking of open issues. Capable of following through on issues until resolution.
