As a Customer Care Sales Consultant, you’ll be taking inbound phone calls from individuals who were invited to apply for charge/credit card products, and obtaining a sale is easy!  You simply have to convert that phone call into a successful application. We have a very lucrative bonus structure for agents in production, which will allow you to bonus significantly on top of your base pay!   We have a variety of work hours available – including 1 weekend day.  Full-time shifts are available.    PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures. Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer. Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem. Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution. Communicate effectively with individuals/teams in the program to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customer requests.
