At ManTech International Corporation, you will help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.The contractor shall provide on-site information security support to include collateral classified document control, policies and procedures, and required self inspections at the JSFPO in Arlington, VA. This support may require occasional CONUS travel to field sites. The contractor shall provide information security support services to include, but not limited to, the following: Administer and monitor the receipt and dispatch of collateral classified material to and from U.S. and international locations. Prepare collateral classified packages for transmission through mail, secure fax, or courier in accordance with DoD Regulation 5200.1-R. Maintain and update all required unclassified and collateral security processes and procedures. The contractor shall work with the Security Director, Deputy Security Director, and any informed security officers as necessary when the process/procedure contains SAP/SCI information. The Security Director will approve all proposed updates. The unclassified and collateral security processes and procedures include, but are not limited to the following: Security Operations Manual. This manual outlines JSF-specific collateral security policies and procedures for the JSFPO facilities in Arlington, VA. The contractor shall review and update the manual on an annual basis. Occupant Emergency Plan. This document outlines the emergency plan for CG4 in Arlington, VA. The contractor shall maintain the occupant emergency plan documentation and coordinate with the Operations IPT to initiate emergency practice drills. The contractor shall liaison with other DoD entities within CG4 (mandatory) and DoD contactor spaces in CG4 (optional). Criticality Assessment. This document is required by the Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA) and outlines the facilities and information stored within the JSFPO spaces in Arlington, VA. The contractor shall maintain and update the criticality assessment with current information on the location as required. This document shall be reviewed and updated annually. JSF Emergency Evacuation Plan. This plan addresses how to evacuate and handle classified material in the event of an emergency. The contractor shall review and update the plan on a biennially basis. Cooperative Program Personnel Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). This SOP outlines the established processes for the international partners working within the JSFPO in Arlington, VA. The SOP shall be reviewed and updated annually. Technology Assessment/Control Plan (TA/CP). This plan outlines U.S. responsibilities for protecting classified and unclassified information that is not authorized for disclosure to foreign nationals. This plan shall be reviewed and updated biennially. Antiterrorism Plan. This plan is required for all JSFPO spaces in Arlington, VA per Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The contractor shall coordinate quarterly building security assessment group (BSAG) meetings with other DoD tenants in the buildings and draft meeting reports documenting the discussion, action items and recommendations. The contractor shall conduct and report on the results of the annual self-inspections of the collateral program and the NATO program at the JSFPO in Arlington, VA The contractor shall conduct and report on the annual collateral inspection at the JSFPO PAX River, MD field site. • The contractor shall participate in updating the security section of the JSFPO Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) and participate in any exercises required.Position Requirements: Possess a minimum of five (5) years relevant specialized security experience.• Thorough knowledge of multiple DoD and services security references, regulations, and instructions pertaining to information security, especially the NISPOM andJAFAN series security requirements.Security Requirements: US citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility is required.
