Ref ID: 03320-132500Classification: Network ManagerCompensation: DOELead Network Administrator/Manager Robert Half Technology has partnered with a local client in search of a Network Manager/Administrator for a 6 month contract to hire. Summary: The Network Admin. is responsible for the functionality and implementation of an IT/Technological network to support the companys service quality, profitability, and strategic growth plans. This person will also help with the design and improvement of the network to increase efficiency. The position requires strong technical competencies within IT to support the operational and professional service quality to our customer while maintaining strong asset management controls and vendor relationships. This person will report to and act as a true business partner with the Director of IT as well as manage the HelpDesk personnel. The Lead Network Admin is responsible for the following tasks. Tasks may be added or deleted as necessary to support the business. Assist with automation of internal processes and procedures Assist with EDI/RTI Interchange and automation of vendor processes and procedures Business network analysis and design Assist with management of the company IT infrastructure and maintenance Assist with implementation of network security and disaster recovery Assist with management of vendor relationships and purchase of hardware/software products. Ensure company IT assets are maintained responsibly Support sales growth efforts to maintain strong customer relationships Provide leadership to employees to foster a teamwork attitude and high morale Provide assistance to meet annual operating income targets Assist with management of all phone and communications lines Some intermediate knowledge of configuring Cisco Switches and ASA routers. Level 2 and Level 3 Tier HelpDesk support. Knowledge and Skills Requirement College degree preferred with IT concentration 5 10 year of prior IT experience Windows Server 2000, 2003, 2008 2012R2 experience VMware knowledge Active Directory skills Advanced networking skills such as VPN and MPLS VoIP skills Prior experience handling third party vendors Project management skills a plus Knowledge of SysAid a plus
