The Manager of Client Financial Services will be responsible for overseeing the setup and maintaining new accounts or renewal accounts within the internal software system, including but not limited to, client demographics, client structures, and network routing, billing rates, rate allocation, and posting of premium payments. This also includes client funding, account reconciliation, reporting to clients, refund reversal process, any applicable taxes across multiple claims systems, lines of business (Medical, Dental, FSA, Short term Disability and other specialty claims services) and management of Taft Hartley and Pension Plans.• Overseeing and managing a team of 15 on average• Maintain constant and frequent contact and communication with assigned clients, vendors, and internal contacts• Maintain all records pertaining to assigned groups in electronic format on network drives accessible to the entire company • Training for new hires for HealthSmart’s requirements• Hiring and managing Staff• Time clock management • PTO (Personal Time Off) Management
