Roles:
• Develop, implement and manage, develop the marketing & brand strategy for assigned brands, products, and digital video channels (e.g. YouTube, DailyMotion, Vine, Facebook, etc.).
• The position covers the full integrated marketing mix: new product development, strategic planning, market research & analysis, trade activation, PR, media and social community
• Manage and support staff efficiently to carry out their tasks, KPI.
Key Responsibilities:
• New digital video channels and product development: from concept to channel management and new product launch
• Development and execution of brand and marketing strategy, marketing plan
• Analyze and monitor competitor and actively propose opportunities for growth based on market situation, customer trend and competitor strategy
• Monitor and manage internal & external third parties on execution of branding activities
• Communicate brand and video channels activities to other relevant departments in an effective manner (Corporate PR and Marketing, Integrated Digital Marketing Services, Production, Data and Licensing) and partners to deliver creative and effective activities that drive top-of-mind, viewership and engagement with our target content
• Manage budget allocation and track actual spending with each staff.
• Manage and train staffs efficiently to carry out their tasks , KPI
• Carry out other tasks demanded by the management.
