Medical Front Desk / Certified Medical Assistant Integrated Medicine Alliance (IMA) is a medical “group-without-walls", comprised of seven primary care practices, a diagnostic center, physical therapy, and podiatry services. We are proud to serve Monmouth County and believe that as a group we provide the highest quality primary care. As one of New Jersey’s largest participating practices in the Patient Centered Medical Home initiative, IMA is on the leading edge of revolutionizing health care with better patient outcomes and greater efficiency in mind. Our providers work closely with patients to monitor their health year round, provide preventative care services and seek to improve overall health and wellness. IMA currently operates three walk-in care centers. Located in Shrewsbury, Hazlet and Middletown, these centers function as traditional walk-in clinics and offer an alternative to the Hospital emergency room for minor emergencies, injuries and illnesses during our off hours. We have an opportunity to join our team as a Front Desk/ Certified Medical Assistant. Front Desk Representative and Medical Assistant primary responsibilities are greeting patients, checking in patients, collecting copays/deductibles/co-insurances, checking out patients, scheduling, answering multi telephone lines, daily close reconciliation, verifications, appointment reminders and delivering world class customer service. Prepping patient charts for patients, rooming patients, and obtaining vitals. The qualified candidate must be willing to work nights and weekends.
