Overview: Our client, an insurance company, is looking for a Policy Administration Analyst to join their team. They design, market and underwrite personal and commercial property and casualty insurance products for select classes of business across the United States. Their Policy Administration team completes manual processing of coverage and/or premium transactions where automated system conversion is not possible or is unsuccessful. The perfect candidate will be a natural problem-solver, enjoy working with numbers and able to work efficiently and independently. Duties: Compare premium and transactions between rating system, workflow system and billing system to identify and resolve discrepancies Process requests for cancellation and complete policy reconciliation for unearned premium refund Contact internal colleagues to resolve questions, inconsistencies or missing data and complete request Respond to inquiries regarding entered data or inconsistencies Update the workflow tracking system with the appropriate entries.
