Process Improvement/Industrial Engineer

The PI / Industrial Engineer will work with DC Management to improve methods and space layouts, resulting in increased productivity and facility throughput using proven industrial engineering techniques. This position will be responsible for testing, analysis, work measurement, project management, equipment and infrastructure evaluations, and cost justifications. This position will include, but not be limited to justifications of new conveyance and powered equipment, IT equipment such as Voice and RF, and WMS Systems. This position is intended to improve the total productivity and throughput of the facility, while maintaining a safe working environment for our employees.Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required. At least 2 years’ experience in an automated DC environment, with defined cost out or productivity improvement. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
