Help us achieve our goal.  Make a positive difference in the lives of our community’s most precious asset, our future, our youth.  Program Manager – Columbus TFC Program     Recruit, assign, evaluate, schedule, supervise and discipline direct reports. Supervise and delegate responsibilities to staff. Assure appropriate staffing levels are maintained. Organize and implement The Village Network facility components, meeting all ODJFS licensing requirements, ODMH/ADANH certification licensing requirements, and The Village Network policies. Provide clinical supervision of staff including peer review, individual supervision, and group supervision. Ensure staff training. Perform other duties as required. Starting salary up to $61,000.
