JOB SUMMARY Director of Sales Vertical Market (Multi Housing, Student Housing, Assisted Living, and Oil & Gas) is responsible for establishing, developing, and promoting the Company’s entrance into the vertical market, management of sales cycle and sales team within geographical territory.  This position is also responsible for meeting regional sales objectives, which includes development and implementation of regional sales plan, build and maintain customer relationship at regional management levels, educate regional sales team and increase brand awareness.   ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES -  Meet or exceed regional and national sales targets. -  Establish regular communication with sales managers and partners. -  Assist with strategic sales opportunities. -  Work with all levels of Field Sales Teams to identify opportunities to drive the product sales. -  Develop and implement new regional customer events and incentive programs. -  Provide expertise on all products. -  Provide direction and partner with other business units. -  Provide product representation at local and regional sales events and trade shows. -  Provide feedback to management on issues, opportunities and competitor activities. -   Develop commission structure for sales team based on Company’s direction and objectives.
